Samuel was super professional and friendly. He gave us all our options and answered our questions honestly. Nikki and the front desk was communicative and helpful in all our scheduling needs. Their prices were comparable to other quotes we got but TBP was our choice based mostly on personnel. We had a leak in the pipe between the house and the meter causing a major increase in our water bill. We ended up replacing the whole pipe due to a few concerns highlighted by Samuel with our original piping being end of life and erosion concerns. All the work took just one day, they were efficient and arrived exactly when they said they would. We will call them for future plumbing needs as well.

I highly recommend True Blue. I was able to get an appointment shortly after contacting them Samuel came out immediately and performed an inspection of my water heater, shower and toilets in all 4 of my bathrooms. He tested the pressure and was able to diagnose a full valve problem. Samuel seemed very knowledgeable and provided professional and courteous service.

True Blue Plumbing was absolutely amazing. I called yesterday in a panic and they were able to send someone out today to repair my shut-off valves. I had a washing machine delivery scheduled, but it couldn’t be installed because the water valve behind the washer wouldn’t shut off. Samuel came out and took care of everything. One thing that really stood out is that they text you ahead of time with your technician’s arrival info, including a picture and a short bio. I’ve honestly never had a company do that before, and it immediately made me feel more comfortable. Their pricing was reasonable, and Samuel was very informative and walked me through the process so I knew exactly what was going on. I’m also a spiritual person, and before he left, Samuel asked if he could pray with me. That truly meant so much to me and almost brought me to tears. Of course no one wants to spend a few hundred dollars around the holidays, but sometimes you just have to do what you have to do—and I’m so glad I chose True Blue Plumbing. I was thoroughly impressed from beginning to end, and they’ve definitely earned a returning customer.

True Blue Plumbing has been my go to plumber for a few years now. James and his crew are very efficient and professional. I have had large $$$ jobs and small $ ones. Always pleased with the work they do. Great communication with office staff, easy to make appointments. They let you know when there arriving and show up on time. Much better service and prices than the big companies!
