True Blue Plumbing Reviews

True blue was recommended to me by my in-laws. We had a water leak in our garage. I received a text during appointment window with a picture and quick bio of my technician (which was nice so I know who to expect showing up ay my house). It also had a link to track how far away he was from my home which allowed me to be prepared for them showing up. Samuel and Omar came to assess the leak and ended up finding a few other issues as well. They gave me pricing options for fixing my initial leak alone or in combination with the other repairs. I didn’t price compare, so I’m not sure where True Blue falls in that aspect compared to other businesses. But, Samuel and Omar completed the work professionally and efficiently. Samuel was thorough in explaining what repairs were needed and why. After the work was done, he showed me what all they did and checked to ensure water was running properly inside the house before they left. I will use True Blue again for future plumbing needs

After calling multiple other companies with no response or charging $150 just to look at issue, I got in touch with True Blue Plumbing. Nickie was professional, scheduled us quickly, and kept us updated on the tech’s arrival. Meanwhile, the tech himself, James, was absolutely lovely and so genuine. He assessed the problem quickly, gave me plenty of options for the repair, and afterwards a few recommendations for other things he noticed while working but didn’t push - just gave me his own personal thoughts as a fellow homeowner. Quality of the work was great and I really love supporting local small businesses who really do go above and beyond 💙

Had a great experience with True Blue Plumbing. Our water heater sprung a leak over night and caused a lot of damage. I called obnoxious early in the morning and someone picked up! They immediately responded, were transparent about pricing, and everything was repaired and improved by the end of the day. Sam and Omar were curious and kind. They did a great job!

Great and FAST customer service for an issue we had with the financing (thanks Nickie!). They made sure we got the water heater on time for our insurance company to renew us. Samuel did an excellent job installing the unit and hauling our old one away. They were also the least expensive out of three quotes we got. This is also the second time we’ve used them (first was last year for a spout that broke on the front of the house that gushed water because it was originally installed incorrectly, and True Blue fixed it great). I’ll definitely use them again!

I requested a new water line for my refrigerator. The company called me back on a Sunday and scheduled an Appointment for Monday. James provided excellent customer service. He inspected my house and then provided three different options for rectifying the issue. I scheduled service for the next day which was completed in a timely manner.
