James  same out on time and performed his normal safety check, and I’m glad he did. I had abnormal water pressure? 80 psi rather than 60. I had a failed pressure reducing valve, a failed thermal expansion tank, a failed anode rod and I needed a heater flush. All this work was completed in 2 hours, at a fair price. We had a wonderful experience with True Blue; the very kind receptionist was able to squeeze us in on short notice after our basement sump pump failed before Thanksgiving. When James and Samuel came to the house they were incredibly nice, professional, and accommodating (they even wore booties over their shoes in the house and put down plastic to protect the carpets as they were coming in and out). The work they did (replacing an overflow tank and the sump pump) was quick and fairly priced, and they walked us through everything before they started to make sure we understood the scope, taking time to answer our questions, etc. We never felt rushed or pushed into any decisions. Overall good. Showed up when they said they would. Did a seemingly good job on a simple repair. My only gripe would be the pricing. $360 for what equates to about 45 minutes total of time (6 minutes for the repair and 39 minutes waiting for the glue to dry) and $8 in parts seems a bit high. If you need a plumber in the North Atlanta Metro Area, check out  True Blue Plumbing. My Story: I heard a whistling coming from the basement every time we flushed a toilet. Turns out the pressure relief valve had failed the whole house was getting 150 PSI, yikes! James came in and saved the day and got the back of the house back down to 60 PSI like it is supposed to be.
