Restored My Faith in Customer Service
True Blue restored my faith in customer service. They demonstrated a HIGH level of professionalism, responsiveness, follow up and follow-through. Kelly maintained updates prior to Sean’s arrival and, when he arrived, he took the time to educate me on the water heater system and explained/showed me what happened. I’m amazed how they took this urgent matter and quickly guided me through the appropriate steps showing empathy to my situation (days without water). And for that I’m so thankful for their service and for going above and beyond!
